Step by Step to Rebuild Like New:
Step 1 – DOT truck & reposition axles or retruck w/new unit
Step 2 – Replace or rebuild boom cylinders
Step 3 – Repair boom using jig if necessary
Step 4 – Add new boom pipe
Step 5 – Rebuild or replace pump kit
Step 6 – Replace wear parts and hopper
Step 7 – Rewire
Step 8 – Update your remote systems
Step 9 – Replace hydraulic line
Step 10 – Rebuild transfer case
Step 11 – Replace hydraulic pumps
Step 12 – Reseal boom and outrigger manual valves
Step 13 – Reseal brain and e-stop manifold
Step 14 – Perform complete factory test
RETRUCK
KEEP WORKING PUMPS ON A ROLL.
Trucks can wear out before pumps expire. At CPR, we’ve retrucked over 100 units and remounted good pumps on replacement trucks. Contact us to discuss options and see your pump live to pump another day. The health of the pump is with the internal components; to look good is a bonus.
Step by Step to Retruck Like New:
Step 1 – Drain hydraulic oil, disconnect all wiring and hydraulics
Step 2 – Prep new chassis, wiring, install rebuilt transfer case and drive shafts
Step 3 – Install 2nd steer axle (if needed)
Step 4 – Mount unit on new chassis, weld and huck-bolt onto frame
Step 5 – New suction and high pressure hoses on all hydraulic pumps
Step 6 – Hook up all wiring, new main power from batteries to hot box
Step 7 – Hook up all hydraulic lines and hoses
Step 8 – Clean hydraulic tank, fill with new HLP46 hydraulic oil, replace main and boom filters
Step 9 – Run unit, check pressures and test for leaks

Step 5 – Paint decks, frame and truck chassis

Step 7 – Apply vinyl or paint graphics to the truck and pump
