SCHWING America, Inc. announces new Chief Executive Officer
White Bear Lake, Minn., April 1, 2023 – SCHWING America, Inc. (SAI) is pleased to announce the hiring of its next Chief Executive Officer, Johannes Schulze Vohren. Vohren will be joining SAI as the CEO effective April 1, 2023.
Vohren brings leadership experience in sales and marketing, technology, operations and corporate administration from several companies that manufacture construction equipment. Previous leadership roles include Wacker Neuson, Tenneco, Case New Holland and Andersen Consulting.
Vohren brings more than two decades of success developing and implementing growth strategies in challenging market environments to SCHWING, is a leading manufacturer, distributor and dealer of concrete pumping equipment, parts and services.
A driving force behind company growth, Vohren has grown other brands by implementing metric-driven and customer-focused distribution and sales strategies. Throughout his career, he has initiated and driven projects to advance digitalization and operational efficiency through technology; built effective sales, aftermarket, marketing, and logistic teams; and optimized multi-channel distribution networks to adapt to a rapidly changing economy. He is fluent in English, German and Spanish.

Current CEO Bill Murray will remain as a Special Advisor to the CEO for a transition period of at least one month before pursuing other endeavors.
